1. Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, except at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances. Refunds apply to one-time purchases only; they are not applicable to any custom orders or negotiated arrangements.
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 24 hours. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account. We have no control over this processing window.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase, or for purchases where fraud or abuse of the refund policy is suspected. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of policy abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund patterns).
5. Digital Product Access After Refund
Upon issuing a refund, access to the Product will be revoked. Any downloaded copies should be deleted. Continued use of the Product after a refund has been processed constitutes a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
